By accessing or using the Agri Vision AI mobile application, dashboard services, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of Agri Vision AI.
1.2 The Services are provided by NUTRIYO AGRO FOODS PVT LTD, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India.
1.3 By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Agri Vision AI provides:

• Real-time AI-based crop diagnostics (disease, pest, nutrient deficiencies)

• Fertilizer and crop advisory recommendations

• Farmer Profile digitization for FPOs and FPCs

• Data-driven decision-making dashboards for FPOs/FPCs

2.2 The Services are intended for informational purposes only and do not replace professional agricultural advice. Users should verify recommendations independently.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state to use the Services.
3.2 Users representing FPOs or FPCs must ensure they have authority to upload data and use dashboards on behalf of their organization.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Certain features require registration and creation of an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4.2 You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, including AI models, algorithms, software, dashboards, and documentation, are owned by NUTRIYO AGRO FOODS PVT LTD or its licensors.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without explicit written permission.

6. User Content

6.1 Users may upload crop images, farm data, or other information (“User Content”).
6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant NUTRIYO AGRO FOODS PVT LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such data for providing and improving Services.
6.3 You retain ownership of your User Content but must ensure it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

• Use Services for illegal purposes under Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000.

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any AI models, software, or dashboards.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NUTRIYO AGRO FOODS PVT LTD does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI predictions or recommendations.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted under Indian law, the company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Data Privacy

9.1 Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules on sensitive personal data.
9.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with Indian law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. NUTRIYO AGRO FOODS PVT LTD is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

11. Modifications

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
11.2 Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
12.2 Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases, but Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Companies Act, 2013.
